Tantric Power Yoga
“For Men”
Tantric Power Yoga – The Practice
‘Tantric Power Yoga’ is a modern practice that I have developed through nearly two decades of yoga, embodiment work, holistic sexual education and training. Drawing on Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, and influenced by modern approaches such as Power Yoga and Pilates, this system combines classical yoga with Tantric and Taoist principles, as well as contemporary perspectives. It weaves physical strength, breathwork, and energetic awareness into a practical, trainable, and embodied practice.
Alongside asanas, ‘Tantric Power Yoga’ incorporates specific practices for maintaining and strengthening the male sexual system throughout life. These include ‘lingam yoga’, conscious pelvic floor exercises, improving the quality of erections, mastering the arousal curve and developing greater choice and control over orgasm.
This functional practice can be integrated into men’s lives to help them understand how their bodies work, cultivate vitality, and develop a grounded, skilful relationship with their sexuality.

My Journey Into Yoga
Eighteen years ago, when I first stepped onto the yoga mat, it was out of necessity rather than spiritual curiosity.
At that time, running was my life. I ran marathons, ultramarathons and gruelling obstacle events several times a year. My legs carried me far, but the strain was immense. Yoga became my remedy. It loosened tight muscles, reduced inflammation, and eased chronic pain in my hips, legs, knees, and back. It allowed me to keep moving without falling apart.

How the Practice Evolved
Over time, I delved into Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, completing teacher training in both. Through this study, something inside me awoke. Breath, energy, emotion, and mind began to merge into one living practice. My understanding of yoga shifted from a sequence of postures to a holistic path of embodiment.
Throughout the years, my practice evolved further, drawing inspiration from many sources. While Kundalini and Hatha Yoga shaped my foundation, I also adopted modern approaches, such as rehab training, variants of Power Yoga and Pilates. I learned to listen closely: what strengthens the body, what balances the nervous system, what awakens energy.
At the same time, yoga guided me deeper into the field of sexuality. By interweaving Kundalini practices and breathwork with Tantric concepts, Taoist sexology, and Taoist Healing Systems such as ‘Chi Nei Tsang’ and ‘Karsai Nei Tsang’, I learned how sexual energy can be cultivated to amplify life force and significantly increase the healing potential of body and energy work.
These explorations, and the practices I developed from them, helped me avoid two recommended surgeries: one for a torn meniscus in my left knee and the other for a major hamstring tear in my right leg. They also allowed me to remain in excellent shape and vitality despite being in my early forties.
An Invitation
The classes are taught in a male-only setting and are particularly oriented towards gay men seeking a mature, respectful, and embodied space to explore their bodies and sexuality. No prior experience with Tantra or yoga is required, only a willingness to practice with sincerity and respect.
This practice is an invitation to return to the body as a source of vitality, stability, and self-trust. It encourages moving beyond performance, shame, ego, and disconnection, and towards a grounded relationship with physical capacity, sensitivity, and sexual energy. Over time, the practice fosters clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of agency over one’s body, sexuality, and self-authorship.
On occasion, classes may be taught in the nude. This is approached consciously and respectfully, as a way to deepen body awareness, dissolve unnecessary shame, and cultivate appreciation for the body as a living vessel. Participation in nude practice is always optional and clearly communicated.
