The following list offers only a glimpse of my formal education. Most of my wisdom has been shaped not in classrooms, but through lived experience. Shared in intimate groups and circles, among friends, lovers or life partners.

I believe that no book, workshop or certificate can replace the lessons that life itself provides. It is only by facing our fears and limitations and embracing the emotions that arise in the process that we can truly understand and integrate life-changing philosophies, teachings and concepts.
