Testicular Orgasms

Powerful Full-Body Orgasms

It’s a little-known fact in the western world that the testicles are one of the major ‘sexual pleasure centres’ which, when properly activated, can provide incredible states of pleasure, ecstasy and some of the most powerful full body orgasms a man can experience.

Many men associate touching their testicles with pain. However, this is usually purely a mental impulse based on conditioning. In reality, the testicles are an extremely resilient part of the body. You are no more likely to injure yourself during a testicle auto-massage than when you masturbate your penis.

Increased Testosterone Production

I first learned about testicular orgasms during my travels in northern Thailand and Vietnam. In these regions, an ancient massage technique called ‘Karsai Nei Tsang’ is taught and practised. The purpose of this massage is to remove trauma from the sexual system and organs by working on certain pressure and energy points.

Testicles and prostate are two of the main focus areas of the practice, as both are seen as areas where emotional and physical trauma is stored. There is modern evidence to support the belief that regular testicular massage increases testosterone production and therefore both libido and sexual function.

Pleasure Centres Need to Be Activated

To fully enjoy the simulation of an unexplored pleasure centre such as the testicles, it’s necessary to activate it through regular stimulation. Ideally, this is done as part of a conscious masturbation routine. However, simply including the area in your regular lovemaking can already be a very effective way of becoming more receptive to a specific type of stimulation.

In my personal experience and in working with dozens of curious clients, it’s necessary to invest at least 1-2 hours a week for a period of 2-6 months to experience a significant increase in pleasure, sensitivity and ultimately the ability to achieve testicular orgasm.

Most Receptive to Gentle Stimulation

Inactive and/or traumatised pleasure centres are usually most receptive to slow and gentle stimulation. The body, mind and energy system must first learn to integrate these unfamiliar stimulation impulses. If the stimulation is too hard and/or too fast, you will most likely cause pain and discomfort.

What I recommend for beginners is to establish a 30-minute massage ritual that you repeat twice a week. With your left hand, form a circle with your index finger and thumb and grasp your testicles. Now use your right hand to slowly and gently squeeze and massage them. Be thorough in exploring every part of your testicles during your routine. You’ll discover that each area responds uniquely to pressure, unlocking a variety of distinct and pleasurable sensations.

Working on your testicles for 10 to 15 minutes applying the right amount of pressure, you will notice that they swell slightly and become more sensitive and responsive to touch. This is what I call the awakening of the testicular pleasure centre.

“Massage Ball Hammer”

Quick & Light Impulses Trigger Orgasm

Advanced practitioners in the regions where ‘Karsai Nei Tsang’ is taught and practised often use a device aptly named ‘ball hammer’, which is a rubber ball on a spring that you would normally use to auto-massage your back and legs. It’s a very effective and highly pleasurable tool for stimulating the testicles.

The stimulation is precise but not too hard and can be easily adjusted according to the speed at which you turn your wrist. As the testicles awaken and increase in size, which usually takes between 10 and 15 minutes, the strength of the stimulation should be reduced to a minimum, as it’s the quick and light impulses that trigger the testicular orgasm.

For most beginners, the orgasmic response occurs mainly in the testicles. With experience, however, it can be extended to the entire system, including the prostate and penis, causing a classic ejaculatory response. With practice and internalisation of a variety of holistic concepts, orgasmic energy can be drawn upwards through the body into the brain, which is a gateway to experiencing breathtaking full-body orgasms.

Linking of Pleasure Centres

There are many ways to involve the testicular pleasure centre in your love life. Biting, slapping, squeezing, sucking, pulling. A whole universe of exciting sensations can be triggered by your partner(s).

When exploring a new pleasure centre, such as the testicles, the following method can be highly effective: Begin by stimulating your penis until you’re close to 0rgasm. Then shift your focus entirely to the testicles and try to reach 0rgasm by stimulating them alone. If your arousal diminishes or the penis softens, return to stimulating the penis until you are close to orgasm and try again to bring yourself over the edge by stimulating only the testicles.

Repeat this as many times as it takes for the body to associate the new type of stimulation with orgasmic release. Remarkably, once you have achieved orgasm in this way, your body will ‘remember’ the link, making it possible to achieve orgasm in the future through testicular stimulation alone. This technique is known as ‘linking of sexual pleasure centres’.
