5 Delightful Lingam-Massage Techniques
A Wide Range of Techniques
The classic up-and-down hand stroke that we are all familiar with certainly has its appeal and should not be missing from a good lingam massage flow, but there are many other highly pleasurable techniques that can be performed with the hands.
The techniques I describe below require adequate lubrication. I recommend virgin coconut oil, which is available in most drugstores and supermarkets. Coconut oil is a true all-rounder. It provides smooth gliding, moisturises the skin and also has antibacterial and antifungal properties.
I. Jelqing / Sharpening the Knife
This massage technique has a tradition dating back thousands of years. It has been used in a variety of cultures, such as the Middle East and North Africa, to strengthen and revitalise the penis. It is one of the most important practices for keeping the penis healthy and functioning. Jelqing can also be highly pleasurable. It is an excellent introduction to the lingam massage when the penis is not yet fully erect.
Start by forming the “OK” sign with your thumb and index finger. Grasp the base of the penis with it. Now slowly stroke the penis up to the corona with light but even pressure. Make sure the pressure is strong enough to squeeze the blood into the glans. When you reach the corona, change hands. Now with the other hand, start at the base of the penis and stroke back up to the corona. Keep up the pressure by always putting one hand over the other. Continue until the penis is fully erect.
II. Fist of Pleasure
To perform the fist of pleasure, grip the penis at its base with your whole hand. Apply gentle pressure and slowly stroke it upwards. Just before it slides out of the fist, enclose the penis again at the root with your other hand and do the same. Repeat this process for about 2 minutes before changing direction. Then it’s the other way round: his penis enters your hand, which you pull down to the base with even pressure. When you reach the base you start again from the top with the other hand. After 2 minutes you can change direction again. Play with the speed and the pressure. See what he enjoys.

III. Making Fire
When making fire, you rub the penis back and forth between the palms of your hands, just as if you were making fire with a stick. Play with pressure, speed and intensity. I always recommend starting slowly and increasing the intensity every 2-3 minutes. Create an “ebb and flow” experience. When you reach a very high intensity, stop and start again slowly and gently. Ebb and flow stimulation can be incredibly pleasurable as it prevents overstimulation and habituation effects.
IV. Hand Prayer
Place both hands around the penis and interlace your fingers. This prayer-like hand position allows you to easily adjust how tightly you grip the penis. Now move your hands slowly and evenly up and down. Turn them to the left or right from time to time to play with the stimulation.
You can also use both thumbs to gently stroke the frenulum, both sides of the glans and the underside of the corpus cavernosum.
V. Glans Circling
An extensive tantric lingam massage can last several hours. If you want to bring him to his final orgasm, the following technique is very suitable.
Similar to the hand prayer, place your hands on top of each other, but do not interlace them. Now place the penis in your open hand and hold it firmly. Both thumbs are now free and can stimulate the frenulum and the tip of the glans with circular movements.
As with the previous techniques, you can vary the pressure, speed and direction of the movement. In my experience, slow and steady circular movements are ideal to bring him to an intense and prolonged orgasm.
The Secret of a Good Lingam Massage
Each man has different responses and preferences to different types of stimulation. His body language, breathing and acoustic feedback will tell you if and how he likes your hand skills. If he doesn’t give you sufficient feedback or you’re just not sure, ask him from time to time if he enjoys what you’re doing.
Play with his lust. If you notice that he is about to climax, stop the massage and turn your attention to other sexual energy centres such as the testicles or prostate. The interplay between stimulation and relaxation will drive him to ecstasy. This type of play is called “edging”.
Another exciting technique is called “draining”. By deliberately stopping the stimulation just before he reaches his point of no return (PNR), he can experience so-called “ruined orgasms”, in which he ejaculates without having a (complete) orgasm. This makes it possible to experience several orgasms in succession, which many men find extremely pleasurable.
