Prostate Stimulation
“A Gateway to Multiple Orgasms“
Male Orgasm Occurs Primarily in the Prostate
The prostate, also known as the P-spot, is a wondrous and wonderful part of the body. Despite being the epicentre of male pleasure, it is often ignored and disregarded by many due to stigma and misinformation.
The prostate is central to the functioning of the male sexual organs. A healthy and well-conditioned prostate plays a vital role in the quality of orgasms, maintaining strong erections and being able to control the arousal curve.
Furthermore, many men are unaware that the classic physical orgasm triggered by stimulation of the penis occurs primarily in the prostate gland and not in the penis itself. Therefore, it is only logical that direct and indirect stimulation of the prostate can provide delightful states of ecstatic pleasure.

How to Locate the Prostate
The prostate can be considered as the ‘heart’ of the penis. It’s located inside the body, at the very base of the penis. It can be felt from the outside as a walnut-sized bulge in the perineum area between the testicles and the rectum.
To find the P-spot internally, insert your finger about 5-6 cm and angle it towards your navel. When aroused, the prostate will swell and become easier to find. It will also become more sensitive to touch.
What Does a Prostate Orgasm Feel Like
Many men describe the prostate orgasm as very different from the usual penile orgasm. It’s more of a full-bodied experience, with a deeper sense of release, and orgasmic responses and muscle contractions that resonate further and deeper in the body.
There are theories that the prostate orgasm comes closest to what women experience when they have a vaginal or G-spot orgasm.
One Step at a Time
For most people, it takes practice to fully enjoy prostate stimulation. In the beginning, the P-spot is usually stimulated along with the penis. This allows the body to get used to the unfamiliar type of stimulation.
In general, all sexual pleasure centres need to be activated and sensitized through regular practice. Experienced men can achieve orgasm by stimulating the prostate alone, which is the key to the infamous multi-orgasmic “male squirting” experience.
Indirect Prostate Massage
Especially for beginners, it’s a good approach to start with external prostate stimulation. Massaging, stroking, squeezing and even pressing on the perineum area can provide very delightful sensations.
In Tantra, external prostate massage is part of a variety of massage rituals and flows. These usually begin very gently and carefully, but increase in intensity and pressure over time.
In my personal experience, the prostate is very receptive to ‘wave riding’, a style of play that alternates between phases of soft and hard stimulation impulses.

Direct Prostate Massage
It’s important to be cautious when massaging the prostate internally. The skin in this area is thin and can be easily injured. Make sure the area is well lubricated and your fingernails are trimmed.
In all the techniques that follow, and as good advice for lovemaking in general, make it a priority to always listen to your partner’s physical, energetic and acoustic feedback. Never approach too quickly and/or too roughly. Especially in such a sensitive area.
Prostate Stroking – One of the most enjoyable way ways to stimulate the prostate is to make a ‘come here’ motion with your fingertip. Use the pad of your finger, not the tip, to avoid scratching. Play with intensity and speed.
Press the Magic Button – The idea is to use one or two fingers to repeatably press on the prostate. Start with the pressure you would use when typing on a keyboard. Be careful with this technique as it can be uncomfortable to be pressed directly in this area. In my experience, it’s something to be most enjoyed in heightened states of arousal.
Prostate Circling – Another very pleasant technique is to perform circular strokes over the prostate. Either large circles over the whole prostate area or small circles in a specific area are usually best received.
Static Pressure – Applying constant pressure to the prostate without moving can also be incredibly pleasurable. ‘Press the magic button’ gently and increase the pressure very slowly every 15 to 20 seconds. This technique will take your breath away, especially when arousal is high and the prostate is fully swollen.

Keep on Coming
Another great aspect of prostate play is that there’s no refractory period after orgasm. This makes it one of the most direct and accessible ways to experience multiple orgasms.
Don’t expect instant results though. As mentioned above, for most people it takes practice to get used to this type of stimulation. Make it a habit to include the stimulation of your prostate in your masturbation routine.
Set aside at least one hour a week to explore and enjoy this part of your body. Over time, you will be able to dive deeper and deeper into this realm of pleasure.
