Testicular Orgasms
Powerful Full-Body Orgasms
It’s a little-known fact in the West that the testicles are one of the major sexual pleasure centres that, when properly activated, can provide some of the most powerful full-body orgasms a man can experience.
Many men associate touching their testicles with pain. However, this is purely a mental impulse. The testicles are an extremely resilient area of the body. You are no more likely to injure yourself during a testicle auto-massage than when you masturbate your penis.
Regular Testicular Massage Increases Testosterone Production
I first learned about testicular orgasms during my travels in northern Thailand and Vietnam. In these regions, an ancient massage technique called ‘Karsai Nei Tsang’ is taught and practised. The purpose of this massage is to remove trauma from the sexual organs by working on certain pressure and energy points.
The testicles and prostate are two of the main focus areas of the practice, as both are seen as areas where emotional and physical trauma is stored. There is also modern evidence to support the belief that regular testicular massage increases testosterone production and therefore both libido and sexual function.

Sexual Pleasure Centres Need to Be Activated
In order to fully enjoy the simulation of a sexual pleasure centre such as the testicles, it’s necessary to activate it through regular stimulation. Ideally, this is done as part of a conscious masturbation routine. However, simply including the area in your regular lovemaking can already be a very effective way of becoming more receptive to a specific type of stimulation.
In my personal experience, you need to invest at least 30 minutes to an hour per week for a period of 1-3 months to experience a significant increase in pleasure, sensitivity and ultimately the ability to achieve testicular orgasm.
Inactive Sexual Pleasure Centres Most Receptive to Gentle Stimulation
Inactive and/or traumatised sexual pleasure centres are usually most receptive to slow and gentle stimulation. The body and energy system must first learn to integrate these unfamiliar stimulation impulses. If the stimulation is too hard and/or too fast, you will most likely cause pain and discomfort.
What I recommend for beginners is to establish a 30-minute massage ritual that you repeat twice a week. With your left hand, form a circle with your index finger and thumb and grasp your testicles. Now use your right hand to slowly and gently squeeze and massage your testicles. Make sure you include all areas of your testicles. You will find that depending on where you apply pressure, you will experience very different and complex sensations.
If you work on your testicles for 10 to 15 minutes with appropriate pressure, you will notice that they become slightly larger and more sensitive and responsive to touch. This is when the testicular pleasure centre awakens.
Advanced practitioners in the regions where ‘Karsai Nei Tsang’ is taught and practised often use a ‘Massage Ball Hammer’, which is basically a rubber ball on a spring that you would normally use to massage your shoulders or back. It’s a very effective and highly pleasurable tool for inducing testicular stimulation.

Quick and Light Impulses Trigger the Testicular Orgasm
The stimulation is precise but not too hard and can be easily adjusted according to the speed at which you turn your wrist. As the testicles awaken and increase in size, which usually takes between 10 and 15 minutes, the strength of the stimulation should be reduced to a minimum, as it’s the quick and light impulses that trigger the testicular orgasm.
For most beginners, the orgasm occurs mainly in the prostate, so only clear prostate fluid is ejaculated. But with practice, you can learn to ejaculate semen as well and experience a breathtaking full-body orgasm.
There are many ways to involve the testicular pleasure centre in your love life. Biting, slapping, squeezing, sucking, pulling. A whole universe of exciting sensations can be triggered by your partner(s).
Linking of Sexual Pleasure Centres
When exploring a new pleasure centre, such as the testicles, the following approach can be helpful:
Bring yourself close to orgasm by stimulating the penis. Now try to bring yourself to orgasm by stimulating only the pleasure centre. If the penis becomes soft in the process, masturbate the penis again until you are close to orgasm and then try again to bring yourself over the edge by stimulating only the testicles.
Repeat this as many times as it takes for the body to associate the new stimulation with orgasmic pleasure. Fascinatingly, once you have achieved orgasm in this way, the body will remember the connection and allow you to orgasm by stimulating the pleasure centre alone. In Taoist sexology, this process is known as the ‘linking’ of sexual pleasure centres.
