How To Prolong Orgasms
Prolonging the Orgasmic Experience
The first step in prolonging 0rgasm is to develop an intuitive awareness of what is happening in our system during sexual climax. By paying close attention to our breathing, the sensations in our pleasure centres, the rhythm of our voice, the flow of energy and the contractions of our muscles, we lay the foundation for prolonging the 0rgasmic experience and thus accessing deeper states of ecstasy.
Follow the Inward Wave
The general approach to prolonging orgasm is based on following the natural contractions of the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles during the 0rgasmic release phase. I like to think of these contractions as an ‘inward wave’, similar to an internal crunch. The idea is to prolong these waves of contractions by actively engaging and relaxing the muscles beyond the naturally occurring 0rgasmic-release reflex.
This effect can be greatly enhanced by integrating deep abdominal breathing and an unhindered flow of our voice. Synchronising breath and voice with the rhythm of 0rgasmic contractions will intensify the orgasmic response.

Orgasmic Energy Looping
Another layer is added by visualising the orgasmic energy circulating in a loop between our sacral chakra and crown chakra. For many advanced techniques, it is necessary to direct the orgasmic energy either to specific parts of our system or to our partner’s system. Practicing ‘energy looping’ during orgasm helps to develop the foundation for these techniques.
Consider Length & Quality of Stimulation
Finally, it’s important to consider the length and quality of stimulation. A rushed or shallow ‘wank’ will not generate sufficient sexual energy to sustain a prolonged 0rgasmic response. Take your time, build up arousal and fully immerse yourself in sexual pleasure to ultimately achieve a longer lasting orgasm.
