From Experience to Method
After nearly two decades of practical experience, study, and working closely with hundreds of men – in 1:1 sessions, couples therapy, sexual education workshops, and retreats – I decided to bundle my most effective tools, techniques, and insights into a single, structured offer.
Time and again, I observed the same pattern: intelligent, capable men who were successful in many areas of life, yet felt undermined, insecure, or frustrated in relation to their sexuality. Not because something was ‘wrong’ with them, but because nobody had ever taught them how the male sexual system actually works, or how to train, regulate, and maintain it over time.
My work draws primarily on Neo-tantric methodology, Taoist Sexology, Bioenergetik, Lingam Yoga and modern somatic approaches to sexual function and performance. Over the years, I refined these systems into clear, trainable protocols that translate directly into lived results.
Sexual Performance: The Limiting Factor
Many high-functioning men succeed in career, sports and relationships – yet feel quietly undermined by their sexual reliability.
This is rarely due to a lack of fitness, self-care or libido. It’s because, in the Western world, comprehensive sexual education that goes beyond basic health information and consent is extremely difficult to find.
For many, this has had quiet but persistent consequences:

The Path of Sexual Mastery
Sexual mastery cannot be achieved through mindset alone, nor can it be acquired simply by talking about emotions or embracing spiritual concepts.
It develops through education, precise technical training, and consistent physical practice, recognising the interconnectedness of the emotional state, energy system, and the body with all its finer layers and functioning.
In my program, we work directly with the mechanisms that determine sexual performance. Erection quality, erection duration, ejaculation control, sexual stamina, awareness of the arousal curve and libido stability are not abstract psychological ideas – they are trainable physical and neurological processes.
When trained correctly and consistently, these systems become reliable – through life. That is why this work focuses on structured sexual competence training, rather than motivational coaching or spiritual storytelling.

The Mentoring Program
My program runs for 12 weeks as private, 1:1 mentoring, built around structured, outcome-focused sexual competence training.
Each week, we work together in a focused 60-minute private session, where we review progress, troubleshoot obstacles, clarify technical questions, and define the precise training focus for the coming week. Between sessions, you receive ongoing WhatsApp support, so adjustments, questions, and refinements can happen in real time rather than waiting for the next meeting.
Throughout the program, you are supported with clear written documentation, structured training protocols, and practical PDF guidance that translate each session directly into daily implementation. This also includes lifestyle optimisation, nutritional guidance, ideal supplements, and age- or health-related adjustments that influence erection quality, stamina, recovery, and nervous system stability.
Your personal training system is continuously refined based on progress, ensuring the work remains precise, realistic, and effective at every stage.

The 12-Week Structure
The program follows a clear, structured progression, adapted to your individual baseline and development

Phase 1 - Activation & Diagnostic [Weeks 1–3]
We begin by stabilising the sexual system and establishing a precise functional baseline. This phase involves identifying the specific mechanisms, habits, and personal parameters that interfere with erection quality, ejaculation timing, stamina, and arousal regulation.
At the same time, practical training is introduced from the first week. Circulation is improved, awareness of the pelvic area begins to develop, and coordination between breath, pelvic floor, and arousal is established through daily exercises.
By the end of this phase, the system is activated, initial control begins to emerge, and your individual training, supplementation, and nutritional protocol is clearly defined.

Phase 2 - Vitality & Control [Weeks 4–6]
With specific daily exercises, centred around a contemporary version of Taoist and yogic genital practices I refer to as ‘Lingam Yoga’, you build direct mechanical control over erection response and the ejaculation reflex.
Work focuses on erection conditioning, pelvic floor coordination, testicular activation, vascular response training, arousal regulation, and structured arousal-curve mapping. You also begin to understand and influence the mechanisms behind the point of no return, allowing for the first conscious regulation of arousal and ejaculation.
At this stage, the sexual system becomes consciously trainable instead of reactive.

Phase 3 - Stability & Endurance [Weeks 7–9]
Control is converted into sustained sexual performance. Training now shifts from isolated technical exercises toward maintaining erection stability, ejaculation control, and nervous-system regulation under progressively higher levels of stimulation.
Many sexual challenges arise not from lack of technique, but from stress, pressure, and internal reactivity. In this phase, you develop the ability to remain mentally steady, present, and responsive while arousal increases.
Structured, stimulation protocols are used to train the system in extended plateau states, allowing you to sustain high arousal without reflex-driven release. This builds real functional endurance and reliability, not just control in ideal conditions.
Work includes advanced pelvic floor strengthening, vascular conditioning, and flow-state access, combined with targeted ejaculatory control strategies and methods to reduce performance anxiety, build self-trust, and stabilise the nervous system under load.
The focus shifts from whether control exists in training to whether it holds under pressure.

Phase 4 - Integration & Leadership [Weeks 10–12]
Technical expertise is consolidated into a reliable, self-regulated sexual system. The focus shifts from controlled training environments to maintaining erection stability, arousal regulation, and ejaculatory control under increasing intensity.
Work in this phase refines real-time regulation under emotional intensity and changing stimulation levels, ensuring the trained techniques and mechanisms remain reliable beyond structured exercises.
You learn to sustain plateau-phase control, manage stimulation transitions, and apply breath and pelvic coordination automatically. At this stage, you are also introduced to different orgasmic response patterns, including inward and non-ejaculatory states, alongside deeper nervous system stabilisation.
By the end of this phase, the sexual system functions as a trained, internally understood mechanism. You leave with a clear methodology, maintenance routines, and a structured framework you can continue independently.
