Introduction

Sexual energy is the source from which we all originate. In Taoism, the conscious cultivation of this primal energy is believed to have healing and even life-prolonging effects. Science also supports the idea that a fulfilling sex and love life has a positive impact on our well-being, zest for life, mental health and vitality.

Despite its importance, learning and talking about sexuality is still a sensitive topic. Modern society often reduces sex to procreation, while religious and cultural taboos stigmatise it. In addition, commercial pornography often shapes our ideals of good and fulfilling sex.

For many people, this dilemma results in a rather limited understanding of sexuality. This lack of knowledge and conciousness can lead to a range of problems and maladies, including loneliness, toxic relationships, anxiety, addiction, depression, and sexual dysfunction.

My Expertise & Approach

My journey has been shaped by an in-depth exploration of a diverse range of holistic practices and systems. These include Taoist Sexology, the teachings of Neotantra, the ancient wisdom of the Kamasutra and Kamashastra, the practice of Qigong, various schools of Yoga, Holotropic Breathwork, Psychedelic Therapy, Karsai Nei Tsang, Bioenergetik and Family Constellation Therapy.

I am dedicated to using my unique expertise and wealth of experience to guide individuals towards a more comprehensive understanding of their sexuality and relationships. My aim is to help people find clarity, fulfilment and deeper connection in these essential aspects of life.

I. Examination of your status quo

For many of my clients, the first step is the most difficult one. To find out where you are standing, it is necessary to be brutally honest with yourself.

It can be very confronting to look at ourselves with an open, unbiased mind and have the courage to recognise our flaws and shortcomings.

One thought has always been helpful to me in this context: “Change may be uncomfortable and painful, but nothing is more painful than staying stuck where you don’t want to be.”

  • How satisfied am I with my sexuality, my body and my life in general?
  • Am I satisfied with what I see when I look at myself naked in the mirror?
  • In what state is my physical and mental health?
  • How regularly and in what context do I share intimacy?

  • Am I fulfilled with the intimacy I receive?
  • Which were the most pleasant and which the most unpleasant sexual experiences I have had so far?
  • How often and with what intention do I masturbate?
  • How regularly do I consume pornography?

II. EVALUATION OF HABITS & ROUTINES

Our habits and routines have a drastic impact on whether or not we are able to achieve our goals.

Only those who stay focused and continuously put in the work will succeed and make positive changes in their lives.

We take a detailed look at your daily habits and routines and analyse which ones are holding you back and which ones are bringing you closer to the life you actually want to live.

  • Is my sleep-wake rhythm in a healthy balance?
  • Do I eat well, or do I consume things that are bad for me?

III. STUDY OF HOLISTIC KNOWLEDGE

The core of our work together consists of learning and internalising a variety of holistic techniques, exercises and concepts that have their roots in Taoism and Neotantra.

You will learn proven routines that will help you to strengthen your mind, your body, your sexual organs and your energy flow.

I will also help you to develop a healthy relationship with your body, which will strengthen your self-confidence. This will make it easier for you to socialise and meet new people.

  • Techniques and concepts for accessing the present moment. When we calm our thoughts and immerse ourselves in the present moment, we reach what is called the “flow state”, which is a prerequisite for sexual energy to flow and circulate freely. This enables us to experience and share sexuality on a vastly more complex and profound level
  • Detailed knowledge of the male and female body: “erogenous zones, meridians and chakras, pleasure centres, sexual reflexology”
  • Holistic exercises to strengthen the erection and control the timing of ejaculation
  • A variety of concepts that will expand your understanding of the physical aspects of lovemaking: “edging, draining, wave riding, muscle contraction techniques, big-draw, penetration impulse awareness, slow sex, multiple orgasms, squirting & ruined orgasm, orgasm without ejaculation, ejaculation without orgasm

IV. Definition of goals & optimization of routines

In this step, we examine your dreams and aspirations and define fixed goals based on them.

Collaboratively, we create a personalised program to help you achieve these goals step-by-step.

The program includes daily exercises, nutritional advice, optimised routines and the consistent practice and internalization of holistic concepts and techniques.

I apply the “SMART” approach (Specific, Measurable, Attractive, Realistic, Timed), which is very helpful in successfully implementing routines in life.

V. Cultivation of self-love

Through lived integrity, we transform our newly learned optimised routines into habits. This will gradually lead us to a harmonious and highly empowered state of being in which our health, our vitality, our lifestyle and our aesthetics align with our desires. The state of self-love.

When we are in love with who we are, we will no longer require external love to feel good about ourselves, as we already supply us with 100% of the love we need. This enables us to build healthy relationships based on a balance of giving and receiving.

Also, when we are comfortable in our own skin, our energy field communicates to others that we are in harmony with ourselves. This harmonious state of being makes us appear charismatic and attractive to the outside world.

Our energetic expression plays a far greater role in our perceived attractiveness than our physical appearance.

  • When was the last time I consciously reflected on my worries and desires?
  • When I’m alone in a strange city, do I feel lonely or am I able to enjoy the time I spend with myself?

  • What qualities, behaviours and/or characteristics in others trigger me to react emotionally?
  • When I commit myself to a partnership, what is the key motivation for me to do so?
  • From an emotional perspective, am I looking for something in others that I’m unable to give myself?

VI. APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE & Integration OF ROUTINES

Throughout our work together, we will jointly strive to overcome your fears, blockages and shortcomings and gradually approach towards achieving your ambitions.

In regular calls, we discuss your progress and examine the challenges you’re facing. You will learn how to deal with pressure, rejection and expectations.

I will introduce you to mental and emotional practices that will help you to minimise the stress you experience in even the most challenging of situations.

You will apply the knowledge and techniques you have learnt in real life, becoming increasingly confident and experienced in using them.

Make it a habit to write down your experiences so you can experiment with different approaches to overcoming your fears and blockages. Keep in mind that only by confronting our fears, evolution is achievable. Consider the following:

  • What do I expect of myself when I share intimacy and/or build a relationship?
  • Why am I afraid of being rejected?
  • What is the worst- and what is the best case scenario that could happen to me in terms of sharing intimacy, and/or commiting to a relationship?
  • What is the root cause of the pressure and stress that I feel when sharing intimacy, and/or when commiting to a relationship?
