1-Day Intensive Workshop: Control, Stamina & Performance

As a leading specialist in male sexual empowerment, I have worked with hundreds of men over the past decade, through mentoring and group workshops, helping them develop reliable control, stamina, and confidence in their sexuality.

Until now, most of this work has been offered through multi-day retreats or long-term private mentoring processes. To make this knowledge more accessible and applicable in a focused format, I am now bringing my work to Zürich in the form of regular 1-day intensive workshops.

These trainings are designed for men who want to understand, train, and enhance their sexual performance in a clear, structured, and practical way.

Many men function at a high level in their lives and careers, yet feel a quiet lack of reliability, control, or confidence in their sexuality. Not because something is wrong, but because no one ever taught them how the male sexual system actually works or how to train and maintain it.

The Mechanics of Sexual Performance

In this intensive workshop, we move beyond theory, mindset, and abstract concepts. We work directly with the body, the energy and nervous system, and the underlying mechanisms that determine erection quality, arousal control, libido stability, and sexual stamina.

My approach is grounded in Neo-Tantric methodology, Taoist sexology, Lingam Yoga, Bioenergetik, and modern somatic and psychological systems – translated into clear, trainable protocols you can integrate into your life immediately.

This is not therapy. This is not a spiritual circle. This is sexual competence training!

Throughout the day, we work through a series of structured training modules, each targeting a specific aspect of sexual performance and control. Core modules include:

Modul 1 • The Male Sexual System

You will learn how the male sexual system actually functions – physically, neurologically, and energetically.

We break down erection quality, erection strength, libido stability, and arousal response into trainable components, and identify the most common habits and daily life choices that weaken or strenghten the body and sexual system.

Focus:
• Erection mechanics & vascular response
• Pelvic floor function & coordination
• Lifestyle patterns that strengthen or weaken sexual vitality
• Understanding your current baseline

Modul 2 • Mastering the Arousal Curve

This is one of the most essential skills for male sexual performance.

You will learn to know your arousal curve, how to navigate and extend it, where control is lost, and how to consciously balance the plateau phase without triggering ejaculation.

Focus:
• Arousal curve awareness & mapping
• ‘Point of No Return’ calibration
• Ejaculatory reflex understanding
• Orgasms without ejaculation / ejaculation without orgasm
• Stimulation tolerance & awareness training

Modul 3 • Lingam Yoga & Sexual Conditioning

A structured, body-based training system to strengthen and maintain sexual function.

These practices are designed to improve erection quality and strength, increase pleasure and orgasm intensity, build sexual endurance, support stable libido, and establish long-term sexual vitality through consistent training.

Focus:
• Erection conditioning exercises
• Circulation and tissue health (corpus cavernosum)
• Testicular activation & function
• Prostate health & vitality
• Pelvic floor control & use cases
• Daily training protocols

Modul 4 • Flow State Through Breath & Voice

You will learn how to use breath and voice to regulate arousal, quiet the mind, direct sexual energy, and return fully into the body

The uninhibited expression of our ‘sounds of lust’ helps to release mental tension and dissolve the constant inner commentary that often interferes with arousal. This is a powerful tool to overcome performance anxiety, as attention shifts away from ‘doing it right’ toward simply feeling and expressing our pleasure.

Focus:
• Using voice to release tension & mental pressure
• Reducing performance anxiety through breath & sound
• Understanding how sexual energy follows breath
• Shifting from thinking to sensing
• Accessing and maintaining ‘sexual Flow State’

Modul 5 • Tantric Power Yoga & Self-Love

A structured physical practice to strengthen the body, regulate the nervous system, and support long-term physical vitality.

Through targeted asanas, breathwork, and awareness, we train strength, stability, and energy flow throughout the body, creating the physical foundation for sexual performance and endurance. Alongside this, you develop a more direct and grounded relationship with your body, supporting confidence, presence, and self-love.

• Strength, mobility &  body awareness
• Supporting circulation & energy flow
• Building a stable physical foundation for sexual performance
• Developing a healthy and grounded relationship with the body

A Private Training Environment

The workshop takes place in a carefully selected private venue in Zürich, offering a calm, contained setting for focused, high-quality training.

We work in a small, group to ensure precision, individual attention, and a clear learning environment throughout the day. This allows for direct guidance, accurate execution of the practices, and a consistently high level of quality.

Drinks and light snacks are provided throughout the workshop to support steady energy and focus.

A longer break in the early evening (around 17:30) provides space to rest, integrate, and reset before the final training phase. During this time, dinner can be ordered collectively, or you are welcome to bring your own meal.

All practices are guided with precision, clarity, and full respect for personal boundaries.

Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate and supportive environment. Please contact me directly to register. Participants must be 21 years or older. The full day and program details will be shared after your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:
If I have to cancel the event for any reason, your contribution will be refunded in full. If you need to cancel, the following conditions apply: up to 14 days before the event, a 50% refund is provided; less than 14 days before the event, the contribution is non-refundable. Your spot may be transferred to another participant at any time. In case of serious illness or exceptional circumstances, please reach out – I aim to find a fair solution.
