Sexual Energy: The Source of All Existence

Sexual energy is the source from which we all originate. In Taoism, the conscious cultivation of this primal energy is believed to have healing and even life-prolonging effects. Science also supports the idea that a fulfilling sex and love life has a positive impact on our well-being, zest for life, mental health and vitality.

Despite its importance, learning and talking about sexuality is still a sensitive topic. Modern society often reduces sex to procreation, while religious and cultural taboos stigmatise it. In addition, commercial pornography often shapes our ideals of good and fulfilling sex.

For many people, this dilemma results in a rather limited understanding of sexuality. This lack of knowledge and conciousness can lead to a range of problems and maladies, including loneliness, toxic relationships, anxiety, addiction, depression, and sexual dysfunction.

My Expertise & Approach

My journey has been shaped by an in-depth exploration of a diverse range of holistic practices and systems. These include Taoist Sexology, the teachings of Neotantra, the ancient wisdom of the Kamasutra and Kamashastra, the practice of Qigong, various schools of Yoga, Holotropic Breathwork, Psychedelic Therapy, Karsai Nei Tsang, Bioenergetik and Family Constellation Therapy.

I am dedicated to using my unique expertise and wealth of experience to guide individuals towards a more comprehensive understanding of their sexuality and relationships. My aim is to help people find clarity, fulfilment and deeper connection in these essential aspects of life.

My approach emphasises cultivating self-love, optimising mental patterns and daily routines, embracing unintentional intimacy, shadow work, mastering the arousal curve, practising conscious masturbation, genital yoga, and energy, voice and breath work.

By integrating these concepts into your life, you will broaden your horizons and strengthen your system holistically. This will enable you to experience love and sexuality in a more conscious, fulfilling, and nuanced way.

The following roadmap illustrates how I work with my clients

I. Examination of your status quo

To truly understand where you are in life and in your relationship with yourself and others, it’s important to be brutally honest with yourself. This can be a difficult process as it involves facing uncomfortable truths and identifying areas where you may feel stuck, unfulfilled or traumatised.

However, this level of self-awareness is essential if you are to make meaningful progress. Acknowledging your challenges and limitations is the first step in unlocking the potential for growth and transformation.

As I often remind my clients: “Change may be scary and painful, but nothing is more painful than staying stuck where you don’t want to be”.

II. EVALUATION OF HABITS & ROUTINES

The habits and routines we follow play a crucial role in determining whether or not we can achieve our goals.

Sustainable change requires more than motivation and good intentions; it requires, first and foremost, consistent focus and dedicated effort.

In this step, we’ll take a detailed look at your daily patterns and routines to determine which are limiting your progress and which are actively supporting your growth.

By refining and optimising these habits, you will begin to align your focus and actions with the life you really want to live.

III. Definition of goals & optimization of routines

In this step we will explore your dreams and aspirations to define clear, actionable goals.

Together we’ll create a personalised program to help you systematically achieve these goals. This program will include daily exercises, nutritional advice, optimised routines and consistent practice of holistic concepts and techniques.

The program is build around the well-established “SMART” approach (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound), which is very effective in guiding you towards achieving your goals and establishing stable, long-lasting habits in your life.

IV. STUDY OF HOLISTIC KNOWLEDGE

At the heart of our work together is the exploration and internalisation of holistic concepts rooted in Taoist Sexology, Bioenergetik, and Neotantra.

You’ll learn and practice proven exercises, techniques and routines designed to strengthen your mind, body, sexual organs and energy flow.

This study will greatly expand your horizons in the areas of personal growth, sexuality, relationship building and relationship management.

It will also enable you to develop a positive, healthy relationship with your body, which will increase your self-confidence and make it easier for you to engage with others and meet new people.

V. APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE & INTEGRATION OF routines

Throughout our journey, we will work together to overcome your fears, blockages and limitations so that you can move closer to achieving your goals and ambitions.

By applying the knowledge and techniques you’ve learnt to real-life scenarios and implementing optimised routines and thought patterns, you’ll become more confident in your romantic interactions and in sharing intimacy.

Through regular calls, we’ll review your progress and address any challenges you face. You’ll learn strategies for coping with pressure, dealing with rejection and managing expectations effectively.

VI. Cultivation of self-love

Through lived integrity, we transform your optimised routines into stable habits. This will gradually lead you to a highly empowered state of being where your health, vitality, lifestyle and aesthetics align with your desires. The state of self-love.

When we are in love with who we are, we will no longer require external love to feel good about ourselves, as we already supply us with 100% of the love we need. This enables us to build healthy relationships based on a balance of giving and receiving.

Also, when we are comfortable in our own skin and happy with our lives, our energetic vibration communicates to others that we are in harmony with ourselves, which makes us charismatic and attractive to the outside world.

Our energetic expression plays a far greater role in our perceived attractiveness than our physical appearance.
